The Luisi and Ralser Groups have published a new paper in Open Biology.
On 14th February 2014 the Department held a party to celebrate the retirement of Norman Newboult, who has played a key role in the Department, serving for 33 years.
Plant scientists at Cambridge and Norwich have been awarded £12 million funding for a new UK synthetic biology centre, OpenPlant.
The Part III Symposium took place on Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th January in the Sanger Building Lecture Theatre.
On 13th January 2014 the Department held its annual Research Day.
