An international team of more than 100 researchers (including Jenny Barna) has published the genome of the centipede Strigamia maritima. The paper "The First Myriapod Genome Sequence Reveals Conservative Arthropod Gene Content and Genome Organisation in the Centipede Strigamia maritima" is the cover story in PLOS Biology, which also includes a commentary.
