
The Dupree Group have published a new paper in Nature Communications.
In a paper published today in Nature Communications entitled "Structure and boosting activity of a starch-degrading lytic polysaccharide monooxygenase", Paul Dupee's group and colleagues at the Universities of York, Marseille and Copenhagen, and at Novozymes, have found a new class of starch degrading enzymes that may be of use in the food and biofuel industries.
