Richard Farndale has won an £800K award from the British Heart Foundation to fund a 4-year collaboration with Materials Science and Regenerative Medicine.
Steve Jackson (Gurdon Institute) has won a £3.9M competitive renewal of his Cancer Research UK programme entitled "Cellular responses to DNA damage".
Gerard Evan has secured a £3.3M competitive renewal of his Cancer Research UK programme entitled "Deconstructing Myc oncogenesis".
Kathryn Lilley was awarded both a £750K Wellcome Trust Technology Development Grant for "High performance mass spectrometry: applications for the Cambridge biological sciences community" and a Biomedical Resource and Multi-User Equipment Grant to build a high resolution platform to capture the dynamic spatial proteome.
