Luca Pellegrinet, a Research Fellow in the Evan lab, was selected to attend the 2014 Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting in Physiology and Medicine.

These meetings have been held since 1951 and every year they cover one or more areas of science in which Nobel Prizes are awarded. 37 Nobel laureates attended with around 600 young scientists to share their knowledge, establish new contacts and discuss relevant topics such as global health, the latest findings in cancer or AIDS research, the challenges in immunology, and future research approaches to medicine. The young scientists, representing almost 80 countries, had to pass a multi-stage selection process.
