Today we held the Department's first postdoc research day, which showcased research across the Department.
A programme of nine talks by postdoc speakers, chosen to represent a wide range of research themes, was well attended throughout the day by postdocs, other staff and research students and was followed by the annual Departmental barbeque with perfect weather for the occasion. We hope to see this event repeated next year along with more new developments to enhance our postdocs' experience. Thanks to all the organisers for a great day and to sponsors Qiagen and Starlab.
