Biochemistry Computer Support Services provides technical and user support for the computer network infrastructure providing access for the Department's two buildings to the University computing facilities, Janet and the Internet.
We aim to provide general first line computing support to all users in the Department and offer a basic level of user tuition for commonly used computing facilities and packages.
We provide a purchasing service for hardware and software to be used in the Department.
We aim to develop and provide technical support for computer facilities for teaching and learning. These include the teaching room Macintoshes and the publicly available computers in the different parts of the library.
