Radiation Registration Documentation

Below are the documents to be used for registration. They only apply to new users. It will require experienced users to be designated to train the newcomers.

The risk assessment form is designed to make sure that the user knows the local rules and knows how to do an experiment safely. The exercise also encourages a more rigorous approach to work in general.
